Warranty

PolarMade offers a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
To make a claim, return the product (at your expense) with proof of purchase and a short written explanation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, unauthorized repairs, or non-personal use.
Glide pads and snow slide are considered wear parts and are not covered.

During the warranty period, PolarMade may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

Shipping

Free shipping is available for all SnowPeeler orders across Canada and the USA.
Most orders ship the same day.

Canada:

• Free shipping for orders over $100 CAD

• $14.95 CAD shipping fee for orders between $0 and $99.99 CAD
