It worked great on new snow. If you have a layer of ice between the snow, it will be a little harder to get through. I wish they came with a 15' slide because all my roof runs were at least 14'. I used it from the roof peak and it also worked well, without working near the edge of my roof.

I have solar panels and haven't gone right up on the roof to see if they were damaged from roof rake, but I'm hopeful they were not, I honestly really really am impressed
As we get older getting up on the steel roof is out . This product works awesome

Well built, but a little heavy with all the poles attached. I used it on my solar panels, worked great. looking forward to next year.
I like it very much needs more angle to keep it on roof I have very little pitch on roof maybe another angle to put in after a pole or two I stand on a ladder to keep it on the roof otherwise works pretty well
Well built and works great. Much easier to use and more effective than a traditional roof rake.
It works really well and as advertised. My only detraction is the pole, even at 25’ let alone fully extended, is quite heavy and difficult to manage.
Poles bend when blocs of snow fall on it, already 2 lengths of Poles already bent and unusable anymore
SnowPeeler worked well on my roof although not as well as it looks on the YouTube videos. I think that was because the snow on my roof was not fresh snow. The SnowPeeler kept me from getting on the roof which is good.
