SnowPeeler Warranty, Shipping & Returns Policies

PolarMade warrants that its SnowPeeler will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a limited warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends to 2 years, provided that the product is returned to the distributor at the consumer’s expense and is accompanied by a reasonably detailed writing stating the warranty claim together with your proof of purchase within the time period of the warranty. Damage to the product due to accident, misuse (use not in accordance with the product documentation), abuse, normal wear, unauthorized repair or alterations, and non-personal use is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is personal to you the purchaser and is non-transferable.

Glide pads and snow slide are wear parts and excluded from any warranty.

During the warranty period, PolarMade at its sole discretion will repair, exchange the product or refund the purchase price of the product.

POLARMADE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE: This represents Polarmade's exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy for any warranty defects expressed or implied under this Agreement.

For France and Germany, shipping costs are $15 CAD. For reasons beyond our control, it is impossible for us to deliver to Switzerland. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

You may returned your product for up to either 15 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees in case of returns is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. The product must be returned with all parts included in the original box.
